Instruction will be provided upon request for wire or bank transfer, cash deposit, cash transfer.

Q. Are any of the products you sell refurbished?
A. Yes, we now carry reconditioned or refurbished products. Refurbished products has "Condition: Reconditioned / Refurbished" in the item listing, and or "(R)" at the end of the model number.
Products that are reconditioned or refurbished by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications. Some refurbished items come with up to 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct by the manufacturer.
Q. I would like to place an order for a product at your store, however I need other products that you do not list, how can I get all the products included in one shipment?
A. Rest assured that we can include ANY product not currently listed with us in your order. Place your order for the item(s) listed here, then send us your requested products through our contact us form. We will fulfill your requested order within 24 hours at our best price, or we will refund your original order payment, upon your request. If we have to separate your shipment we will ship your requested product(s) free.
We offer this fulfillment service to accommodate you as our customer and for your satisfaction and convenience. Because we enter each product in our database one at a time, there is so much that we do not currently carry. We do have access to millions of product and are very confident that if you need it, we can find it for you within 24 hours.
Q. What countries do you ship to?
A. We ship to all countries not embargoed (not trade restricted) by the USA. If you cannot pay because your country is not listed or allowed by PayPal, it mean that your country is restricted, sorry. We hope someday we will have a world without trade restrictions, a world of free trade.
Q. When I place an order, how long will it take to ship?
A. Most orders are shipped the same business day they are placed or the next business day. All new orders are subject to a 1-2 business days processing. You will be notified by email and the status posted to your account (including a tracking number), once your order has shipped.
